Returns
The product(s) you received are eligible for a return only if they meet one of the following conditions:
- Products(s) received does not match the product(s) you ordered (as stated in your confirmation email). More specifically, you can request a refund for your order if you received an incorrect size or design or product style.
- Products(s) received have a genuine quality issue or manufacturing defect.
It addition, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging it was received in. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not eligible for return.
Our return policy lasts 7 days. More specifically, if you received your order more than 7 days ago, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange owing to the nature of our policy.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (email confirmation).
In order to initiate a return request, send us an email at hello@lakehouseliving.in within 7 days of receipt of product(s). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
Exchanges
Similar to returns, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged (refer to aforementioned conditions under Returns). If you want to exchange it for the same item or another item of similar value, send us an email at hello@lakehouseliving.in for further instructions.
Shipping
For customers based in India, we will cover any and all costs associated with the return/ exchange provided the aforementioned conditions are met.
For customers based outside India, we will not be covering any costs associated with the return/ exchange even if the aforementioned conditions are met. For further information, please send us an email at hello@lakehouseliving.in.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the product you return is deemed to be used or not in the condition it was sent in, you may not be illegible for a full refund.
For customers based in India, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days from the day we send you a refund confirmation email.
For customers based outside of India, an in-store credit will be issued instead of a refund to the original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly first contact your bank—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Since our return policy only applies towards incorrect products/sizes and quality issues, products purchased at a discount may also be eligible for return/exchange.
